up dates

Hi to all.. And update went to the Dr. yesterday and had my first fiberglass cast taken off it went really well.. They all so took out my stitches staples ouch.. I have to admit I did cry it really hurt .The healing is going really well I'm was suppose to have a hard cast on and was even in the casting chair .. Let me back up had x-ray then to casting chair.Dr. came in talked to me about the operation where he only had to cut half the Achilles take a large bone off the back of heals and many small broken bones scraped out scar tissue I got to have a air cast yeah I was so happy that shaved off five  weeks in bed.. So today I got to get out of bed and tried walking around very hard but I did try.. Dr orders were if it got swollen and we couldn't control it I would have to go in hard cast and to start with baby steps and do my exercise three times a day so I'm so happy like you wouldn't believe..

Now to back up with this past week I've been very sick I had a reaction to meds then to top it off I got dehydrated.. But all is good now on a good road to recovery ..
