The best way to compensate for your weaknesses is to find a friend who has strengths in those areas.
Friends can be useful. If you are moving to a new apartment, you need friends to help you pack up the boxes and lift the furniture. If you are traveling across the country, you need a free place to stay. (or is that what relatives are for?)But the value of friendship is more than a matter of convenience. It is a matter of completeness.
You are a person with strengths and weaknesses. Your friends can complement your weak areas. Although you have much in common with your friends, they will have perspectives and opinions that are different from yours. As a team of two or more, you can be more effective that any of you could be individually.
Take time to thank the Lord for your friends. Then call a few of your friends and than them for their friendships.
A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated,
but two can stand back to back and conquer
Three are even better,
for a triple braided cord is not easily broken.
