Wanting What God Hasn't Given You

Some ulcer are caused by inflammation of the wishbone.

Like the love of money,envy can lead to all kinds of evil you away from Him.

If there is something you desire, and if God hasn't given it to you, He has a reason. Don't be envious of anything that God doesn't want you to have.

. Envy begins when we wee some one else who has what we want, and our desire is to have it for ourselves.

If your heart belongs to God you shouldn't envy what belongs to someone else. Instead, you should be glad for that person. That may be difficult to do, but you can rest int he knowledge that God has the ability to give you what you desire. In fact, He wants to give you such things, but not if those things will draw you away from Him.

If there is something you desire, and if God hasn't given it to you, He has a reason . Don't be envious of anything that God doesn't want you to have.

You are jealous for what others have, and you can't possess it, so you fight and quarrel to take it away from them. And yet the reason you don't have what you want is that you don't ask GOD for it. And even when you do ask, you don't get it because your motive is wrong you want only what will give you pleasure.
