Stuffed Peppers



3-4 green peppers
1/2 lb veal
copped fine (any meat will do)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 little parsley
Juice of a small onion
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cut tops off peppers and scoop out seeds. Soak in salt water while making stuffing's.
Brown meat. Mix well together with other ingredients. Season and moisten with gravy or soup stock. Stuff peppers and bake one hour in a moderate oven.
(NOTE  I SOMETIMES ADD TOMATOES YOU CAN ADD WHAT EVER VEGETABLE YOU LIKE.. )
